John Vincent Miller

Vincent Miller is the Founder and Editor of FlightOps.News.

Vincent is an aviation leader with more than 15 years of experience in the aviation tech industry. He has personally witnessed the early transition to a more digital cockpit, having guided several airlines through their transition from paper charts to EFBs. As technology continues to evolve, he actively monitors new developments and has a vision for how various new innovations may help further optimize the digital flight operations experience.

Vincent’s career spans various functions including flight planning & digital cockpit solutions sales and deployment, aviation communications technology business development, and aeronautical data technical implementations with a track record that includes numerous multi-million-dollar B2B deals across the globe, having developed go-to-market strategies for some of the most recognized names in aviation technology.

Vincent’s past roles include working as a Product Manager at Jeppesen ForeFlight, as Bid Manager at SITA for AIRCRAFT, as Head of Delivery, Services and Deployment at NAVBLUE (now Skywise), as Senior Product Consultant for Lido Navigation at Lufthansa Systems, and as a Business Development Manager for FlightAware.

Vincent holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a BBA with dual majors in International Business and Finance from The George Washington University.

Vincent is a licensed Private Pilot with Instrument Rating and has himself gained much hands-on experience with many of the digital solutions he has deployed for customers.
